Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of this product, returns are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unopened, unused, and sealed
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The product is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
For safety and hygiene reasons, any product that has been opened, tampered with, or partially consumed is not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items

- Opened or used gummy products
- Items with broken or removed safety seals
- Products not in original packaging
- Items returned without prior authorization
Return Shipping
If your return is approved:

- Items must be returned in unused, sealed, and resellable condition
